This Refund Policy describes how domomart.ie (the “Site” or “we” or “Excite Tradelinks Europe Ltd”) manages refund after making a purchase from the Site.
We will be happy to arrange a refund/exchange within 14 days if you have any problem with the products that you buy online from us.
Damages and issues
While delivered inside Dublin please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, should be brought to the attention of delivery staff immediately.
Outside Dublin – Customer's responsibility to arrange the return.
Item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Any problems noticed after delivery should be reported to the Helpdesk who will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as frozen or fresh food). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods after delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@domomart.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
